Update 092222 - Please be advised: Upon receipt of proposals, the Government will update the missing formula to sum Row 11 ODC amounts (C11 to M11) - Cell O11 of the Contract Total Column (column O) in the Total Price Tab of Attachment J.4 Price Propsal Model. This will result in all offerors' total contract price increasing by the normalized ODC amount of $275,000.00

Please be advised: Volume 1 number 8, "signed solicitation form" is no longer required by the Government. Q&A #41 addressed this, however, section Section L was not updated.

Updated Q&A 091622 - The Government response to #1 has been updated to confirm that the DD Form 254 is a post-award requirement.

Solicitation Modification 091522 - With respect to Attachment J.3 Performance Assessment Questionairre, the Government will accept all PAQs that are submitted in response to the solicitation even if they are submitted after the established deadline in the cover page of the PAQ.

Solicitation Modification 091322 - The purpose of this Modification is to Update the PWS, Schedule L & M and the Price Proposal Model based on industry feedback (see document highlighting), Attach updated Price Proposal Model J.4 with a break out of Travel and ODCs, Extend the due date for proposals to Monday, September 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. EST, and Provide Government responses to industry questions.

Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of Army Materiel Command (AMC) has a requirement for financial compliance audit support to AMC and all major subordinate commands (MSCs). Contractor shall provide financial management improvement, audit, and audit remediation support services to improve the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, and internal control environment of the AMC Army Working Capital Funds (AWCFs), with the ultimate goal to develop and enable processes and systems capable of attestation and audit. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide the audit and financial management support.
