Army Intermodal Distribution Platform Management Office (AIDPMO)

Background
The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is exploring interest and capability for a potential Army Intermodal Distribution Platform Management Office (AIDPMO) Support Services requirement in support of the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC). This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and market research purposes. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future.

Work Details
The draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) includes details such as the contractor's responsibility for training, including coordinating container management training, managing web-based container management courses, preparing training material, and conducting and supporting training offsite or at designated training sites. The contractor is also required to draft letters, charts, notices, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and continuity books.
Additionally, the contractor must maintain automated system accounts, participate in government studies, audits, and other reporting requirements as per the request of the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The government will provide various government-furnished property and services including computer terminals, office space, telephone/service, desks, chairs, writing materials, and more.
The contractor is responsible for safeguarding the government-furnished property and materials provided by the government. Furthermore, the contractor shall perform an annual inspection and inventory of government-furnished property.
