This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. This notice does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources capable of providing the Army Intelligence Security Command (INSCOM) Behavioral Health Support Services. (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED PWS)

The NAICS Code for this procurement is 621330 and the annual size standard in millions of dollars is $9.0. The agency is seeking industry information and comments from sources with capabilities to perform the contract and with relevant experience in all of the functional areas mentioned above. Interested parties shall complete and submit the attached Market Research Questionnaire and Experience Reporting Form to the government.

This Sources Sought Synopsis is not a Request for Proposal; it is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability of sources prior to issuing a solicitation. Background
The Army Intelligence Security Command (INSCOM) is seeking qualified commercial sources capable of providing Behavioral Health Support Services. This Sources Sought notice is intended for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment by the government to issue a contract. The agency aims to gather industry information and comments from sources with relevant experience in the functional areas mentioned in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).

Work Details
The contractor shall provide professional behavioral health treatment, case management, wellness project management, critical incident event counseling, and health & wellness services. All contractor support personnel (CSPs) must work full-time and meet minimum qualifications outlined in Technical Exhibit A. Services must adhere to established principles and ethics of the medical profession, Joint Commission standards, and professional standards at designated locations.

CSPs must be U.S. citizens, able to communicate effectively in English, and possess necessary computer literacy. Credentialing processes must be followed for all CSPs, ensuring they have no history of clinical privilege limitations or revocations within the past five years. The contractor will also be responsible for primary source verifications of credentials and maintaining compliance with mandatory training requirements.
