Army - HVAC Services - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the U.S. Army, is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing essential maintenance services for Liebert HVAC units. These units are located at the HRC Data Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, and play a crucial role in maintaining climate-controlled environments necessary for sensitive information technology equipment. The overarching goal is to ensure the continuous and optimal functionality of these critical systems to prevent damage or failure that could compromise valuable equipment and data.

The scope of work involves comprehensive maintenance services for the Liebert-manufactured HVAC units, which include two scheduled preventive maintenance visits per year, routine repairs and inspections, minor adjustments, emergency repair services, and an annual chemical cleaning. The contractor must guarantee a 4-hour response time for emergency service requests at any time throughout the week, including holidays. Additionally, service calls should be addressed within 24 hours following a trouble ticket request. The contract also covers labor and travel expenses associated with emergency services as well as replacement parts when necessary.

Vendors interested in fulfilling this contract must be certified Liebert systems resellers with the capability to perform maintenance on existing units without voiding warranties. Contractors are expected to supply all necessary materials and replacement parts that meet manufacturer specifications while ensuring compliance with warranty terms within the first 90 days of service provision. This ensures that all services provided under this contract do not disrupt existing warranties or compromise system integrity.
