Army Housing Inspections   4

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform housing inspections of Privatized Family Housing, Privatized Unaccompanied Housing, Government-Owned Family, and Leased Housing for both within the Continental United States (CONUS) and Oustide of the Continental United States (OCONUS). This requirement is unique in that the homes that need to be inspected are subject to different laws and policies based on their state or country. The PWS states that 100% of the housing inventory must be inspected via a checklist that will be provided. The service will directly support the Department of the Army's response to the 2020 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) requirement to inspect all homes within the Army's inventory around the world.
