Army - Environmental Conditioning Unit Maintenance - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Army, is conducting market research to explore service capabilities for the maintenance of Environmental Conditioning Units at the Aberdeen Test Center (ATC). The ATC is a versatile testing facility that supports a wide range of military and commercial testing needs, including vehicles, weapons, communication systems, and more. This initiative aims to ensure that these critical conditioning units are maintained effectively to support the center's diverse testing operations.

The contract in question is a non-personal services agreement, which means that while personnel will provide essential maintenance services, they will not be subject to typical governmental supervision. The primary goal is to maintain mission-critical Environmental Conditioning Units at ATC. These units play a vital role in creating controlled environments necessary for the rigorous testing processes conducted at the center.

The contractor selected for this project will be responsible for providing all necessary resources personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision to execute the required services as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor must adhere to defined standards and acceptable quality levels while performing their duties. Furthermore, they are expected to utilize their existing quality assurance systems in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 requirements.
