Army - Datadog Software - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Army, is conducting market research to support the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA). The ECMA is tasked with providing commercial cloud services for U.S. Army Military Title 10 requirements, utilizing both the Government Non-classified Internet Protocol Router (NIPR) and Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) networks. This initiative aims to enhance the Army's cloud capabilities by integrating advanced cloud security software and solutions.

The specific requirement involves obtaining Datadog Software IT Support and Implementation Services. This pilot project encompasses ten interactive guided sessions designed to equip the ECMA with essential skills for setting up, configuring, and deploying Datadog services. These sessions will be delivered remotely via video conferencing, where participants from ECMA will engage in hands-on activities such as sharing screens and logging into relevant systems to facilitate learning and implementation.

The scope of work includes several key tasks: assisting ECMA tenants with service setup, configuration, and deployment; advising on best practices for implementation strategies; and developing tailored solutions like automation workflows, integration strategies, and scalable deployment methodologies. The aim is to ensure that these solutions align with ECMA's environment and business objectives while adhering to applicable Commercial Cloud Environment requirements as per Army Cloud Computing guidance.

Furthermore, a dedicated member of the Datadog Pilot team will coordinate with designated contacts from ECMA throughout the pilot phase. This collaboration is crucial for managing engagements effectively and ensuring that all technical requirements are met with reasonable skill, care, and diligence during the engagement term. The overall goal is to bolster ECMA's capability in leveraging Datadog's features such as dashboards, monitors, notebooks, while ensuring compliance with Impact Levels 2-6 standards.
