Army - Cyber Services for CT2 - MRAS

The General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the U.S. Army, is conducting market research to support the enhancement and maintenance of critical infrastructure components under the UnITE program. The overarching goal of this contract is to ensure that the Army's STRI portfolio modernization objectives are met through comprehensive infrastructure solutions. The contract aims to provide a robust framework for integrating and supporting multiple Programs of Record (POR) while ensuring cybersecurity and operational efficiency.

The work requested involves several key components: assessing, documenting, operating, maintaining, sustaining, and enhancing the UnITE Infrastructure. This includes managing the STRI Transport Nexus (STN), UnITE Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC), and Development/Test Infrastructure. A significant part of this effort is to continue developing the UnITE Infrastructure to overcome transformational roadblocks that hinder progress toward modernizing the STRI portfolio.

Specifically, the STN serves as a multi-zoned transport network designed to facilitate connectivity between Orlando-based operational sites and Programs of Record while offering essential cybersecurity services. The NOSC operates as a 24/7 facility providing centralized operations and security support for these programs. Additionally, there is a need for development and test infrastructures that align with PEO STRI's capabilities within labs and software factories. These infrastructures must integrate PEO STRI's portfolio into a centralized management platform that ensures assured networks, services, and configurations.

All services provided under this contract must include engineering and security tasks necessary for designing, establishing, demonstrating infrastructure capacity that supports all STRI PORs in accordance with the UnITE Infrastructure Roadmap. Moreover, these services should cover operations, maintenance, sustainment functions ensuring systems remain compliant with RMF 2.0 standards authorized for operations at both UNCLASSIFIED / SECRET Collateral classification levels.
