Army - CADD-GIS Drafting Support Service - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Army, is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing CADD-GIS Drafting Support Services for the Directorate of Public Works at Fort Stewart, Georgia. This initiative aims to enhance the Army's capability in creating precise and scalable engineering drawings and facility maps from engineers' sketches and GIS databases. The overall goal is to ensure that these resources are ready for construction purposes and can be effectively used for collecting, analyzing, checking, correcting, and disseminating job-related data.

The contract requires a non-personal services agreement where the contractor will provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items required to deliver high-quality CADD-GIS Drafting Support Services. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all services meet the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement. Notably excluded from this requirement are items specified as Government Furnished Property and Services.

In terms of technical requirements, the contractor must operate within a specific networking environment that includes hardware such as PC workstations, printers, plotters, and scanners. The software environment includes Windows 10 operating systems alongside applications like Microsoft Office Professional Suite, MicroStation Connect Edition for CADD operations, ArcPRO GIS for geographic information systems tasks, Information Handling System (IHS), and Information Facilities System (IFS). The period of performance is structured as one base year with four additional option years.
