Army BUILDER SMS Training Video Development   3

The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) team at its Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to support BUILDER deployment through developing training videos that will be accessible through approved SMS sources, including the SMS Learning Management System (LMS). The objective of this project is to produce a total of twenty-three (23) online supplemental BUILDER training videos to include developing instructional video storyboards and scripts, video production and video product delivery. The government will be responsible for loading the contractor products into the appropriate website or other networks.

Offerors shall have at least three (3) years' experience with SMS BUILDER performing assessment or consultation duties, and shall provide at least two (2) demonstratable examples of training video production as specified in the solicitation. Offerors shall also have an active SAM registration with BOTH FAR and DFARS representations and certifications in accordance with the solicitation.
