Army Audited Financial Statements Compilation and Publication   4

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground intends to issue a request for proposal to perform the non-personal services necessary to prepare, compile and publish the Army's General Fund, Working Capital Fund, and Civil Works Fund quarterly and annual Financial Statements. The contract will be competed under full and open competition on the Federal Business Opportunities Website. The Government anticipates awarding one Hybrid Time and Materials and Firm Fixed Price type contract. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 30 August 2018.

This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interests of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability with regard to this requirement no later than 1200 P.M. EST, 06 September 2018. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's bona fide capability to provide these services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via e-mail if the total file size is less than 5MB.
