Army - Advanced Tactical Logistics and Assistance Support - MRAS

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), on behalf of the Army, is conducting market research to explore capabilities related to providing logistics support services for the United States Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USJFKSWCS). The overarching goal of this initiative is to secure a contract that will ensure comprehensive logistical assistance, thereby enhancing the operational readiness and efficiency of the Army's Special Operations forces. This effort aligns with the Army's commitment to maintaining a highly adaptive and educated force capable of addressing diverse global threats.

The scope of work involves a non-personal services contract designed to deliver a wide range of logistics support services across various units within USJFKSWCS. These include, but are not limited to, weapons repair, fleet and generator maintenance, watercraft maintenance technician support, and Environmental Control Unit (ECU) maintenance. Additionally, the contractor will be tasked with servicing containerized base support units, managing logistics supply functions, and maintaining specialized training equipment such as the Vertical Wind Tunnel (VWT). The objective is to provide seamless logistical support across multiple locations including Fort Bragg, NC; Camp Mackall, NC; Key West, FL; and Yuma Proving Grounds, AZ.

The contract aims to offer flexibility by allowing for expansion or contraction based on evolving mission requirements. It encompasses personnel provision, supervision, project management expertise necessary for executing diverse logistical functions efficiently. The period of performance includes an initial 30-day phase-in period followed by an 11-month base period and four additional 12-month option periods. Quality control measures will be integral to this contract with responsibilities resting on the contractor to ensure high standards in service delivery as per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines.
