Armored Car Services -GUAM   3

Background
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking to procure Armored Car Services for two commissary store locations in Guam. The agency's mission is to provide a reliable supply of groceries and household goods to military personnel and their families. The goal of this contract is to ensure secure transportation of cash and monetary documents from the commissaries to designated financial institutions, thereby enhancing the safety and efficiency of financial transactions.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, transportation (armored car vehicles), labor (armed professional guards), and other necessary items and services to perform the following tasks:

1. Driving, pick-up, and delivery of cash and other monetary documents (e.g., checks, change orders) from specified locations.

2. Ensure deposits are made no later than the next calendar day that the bank or cash vault is open.

3. Provide receipts for every deposit received at the time of pick-up.

4. Personnel must possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and training to perform required services satisfactorily. The contractor is responsible for training, equipping, supervising, and discharging employees. Contractor personnel must identify themselves appropriately when interacting with government personnel.

Period of Performance
Base Year: January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025;
Option Year 1: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026;
Option Year 2: January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027;
Option Year 3: January 1, 2028 through December 31, 2028;
Option Year 4: January 1, 2029 through December 31, 2029.
