ARMED GUARD SERVICES FOR THE U.S. MERCHANT MARINE ACADEMY

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for armed guard services at the US Merchant Marine Academy located at 300 Steamboat Road, Kings Point, NY 11024 (Nassau County). This acquisition is a 100% competitive 8(a) set-aside. To be eligible for consideration the offeror must have a minimum of 3 years experience in an educational, military or law enforcement setting. The applicable NAICS is 561612 (Security Guards & Patrol Services, which has a size standard of $20.5 million. No bonding is required. The period of performance is one base year starting on October 14, 2019 with four (4) option years. The Government will make a single firm fixed price award to the low, responsive, responsible bidder. A Pre-Bid conference will be held at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Willey Hall - Elliot See Conference Room, 300 Steamboat Road Kings Point, NY 11024 at 11:30 a.m. EST on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. Attendance is not mandatory but strongly advised.
