Background
This solicitation is for a Janitorial Service Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) at multiple Armed Forces Recruiting Centers located in Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Wisconsin.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive janitorial services to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in these facilities, which are essential for the operations of the Armed Forces Recruiting Centers.

Work Details
The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, inspections, personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services as described in the schedule of janitorial services.

Services include cleaning common areas such as halls, restrooms, offices, work areas, entranceways, lobbies, test room areas and storage room areas. Specific tasks include:
1) Cleaning non-carpeted floors with appropriate chemical cleaners (2x or 3x weekly).
2) Disinfecting high-touch surfaces like countertops and doorknobs (2x or 3x weekly).
3) Cleaning and disinfecting restroom fixtures with environmentally friendly products (2x or 3x weekly).
4) Dusting all surfaces including furniture and HVAC vents (Once per Month).
5) Cleaning glass surfaces inside and out (Once per Month).
6) Emptying trash/waste baskets and replacing liners (2x or 3x weekly).
7) Vacuuming carpets and hard surfaces (2x or 3x weekly).
8) Damp mopping ceramic or vinyl tile areas (2x or 3x weekly).
9) Monthly washing of trash receptacles.
10) De-scaling toilet bowls and urinals monthly.
11) Changing HVAC filters quarterly.
12) Cleaning HVAC intakes quarterly.
13) Carpet cleaning twice a year using professional hot water extraction methods.
14) Annual cleaning of light fixtures in October.
15) Emergency cleaning services as needed for urgent situations like leaks or spills. The Contractor must also establish a Quality Control Program to ensure compliance with performance standards.

The contract will be performed at Armed Forces Recruiting Centers located in Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wyoming, and Wisconsin.
