Work Details
Argonne is seeking commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and custom solutions for a Research Project Management System (RPMS).
The RPMS should be a comprehensive platform that standardizes and automates work acceptance workflows, enhances risk evaluation processes, and provides robust oversight capabilities for managing research projects.
Key requirements include:
- Customization Capabilities: Ability to modify workflows, forms, and business rules.
- Licensing Model and Options: Various pricing models including subscription, perpetual, and usage-based options.
- Cost Estimate: Total cost of ownership covering implementation, licensing, maintenance, and support.
- Reference Customers: Examples of similar organizations using the solution in research or government contexts.
Additionally, offerors may be invited for an online presentation to explain their solutions further. Presentations will be limited to 90 minutes total.
