Background
The solicitation is for the procurement of Argo Floats. The contract will be awarded based on adequate price competition, and the lowest priced offer that meets or exceeds the acceptability standards for non-price factors will be selected. The contract includes clauses and provisions related to order of precedence, unauthorized obligations, incorporation by reference, minimum and maximum order quantities, and evaluation factors for technical approach, past performance, and price quote.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide Argo Floats as described in Attachment 1 Technical Specifications. The technical proposal should address detailed specifications, delivery schedule, and past performance relative to the tasks contemplated in Attachment 1 Technical Specifications. Offerors must submit pricing using the B.1 Pricing Schedule and are cautioned that failure to address any of the Evaluation Factors may result in an 'Unacceptable' rating.

Period of Performance
Delivery orders or task orders may be issued from an estimated period of 1 September 2022 through 31 August 2027.
