Area Wide Market Analysis for Ohio-NRCS, FY 2025 ACEP-WRE   2

Background
This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a Firm Fixed-Price contract for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) to purchase conservation easements assisting landowners in restoring, protecting, and enhancing wetlands. These lands may be placed under a conservation easement through the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program -Wetland Reserve Easement Component (ACEP-WRE). The solicitation is a 100% set aside for Small Business.

Work Details
The work required includes conducting an Area Wide Market Analysis for Ohio-NRCS, FY 2025 ACEP-WRE. The contractor will be responsible for providing an AWMA Report as per the contract line items (CLINs) listed in the solicitation document. Deliverables must be received within 60 days after issuance of award. Technical acceptance will be determined by the quoter providing a current real estate appraiser’s license from the state in which the AMWA is being conducted.

The geographic location for performance of this contract is specified as Ohio, with deliverables to be received at USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service Ohio State Office, located at 200 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215.
