Background
The Minnesota Army and Air National Guard is seeking to procure new kitchen equipment for the Area 5 South Dining Facility located at Camp Ripley, Little Falls, MN. The goal of this contract is to provide commercial-grade kitchen equipment that meets or exceeds applicable industry standards, ensuring efficient food service operations for military personnel.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver and install the following items:

1. **Dispenser, Service Tray & Silverware (4 Each)**
- Description: Commercial-grade tray dispenser unit.
- Capacity: Holds approximately 100-150 trays per stack, total capacity of 250lbs.
- Tray Size: Accommodates trays up to 14-5/8” x 18-3/8”.
- Construction: All stainless-steel construction.
- Features: Self-leveling with heavy-duty bearings; (4) 4” swivel casters with brakes.
- Certifications: NSF certified.

2. **Food Warming Cabinet (1 Each)**
- Description: Insulated food warming cabinet.
- Dimensions: Approximately 23 15/16in. W x 31 5/8in. D x 75 5/8in. H.

- Capacity: 8 full-size (12" x 20") food pans, 120lb per tray.
- Temperature Range: 200-325 degrees F.
