Background
The Department of the Air Force is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to support Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH).

The goal of this contract is to provide high-fidelity medical training for Special Operations Forces Arctic Medic 2025 (SOFAM 25) by delivering subject matter expertise in austere/extreme cold weather medical care. This training is crucial for Independent Duty Corpsmen, Fleet Marine Force Corpsman, Special Operations Tactical Medics, and other medical personnel operating in cold weather environments.

Work Details
The Contractor shall deliver two (2) subject matter austere/extreme cold weather medical experts who will provide classes, practical exercises, and medical survival training equipment.

They will act as a 'white cell' during training, which includes providing training injects, assessing trainee interventions, and giving feedback based on expected physiological results from treatments. The training will occur in both static and dynamic environments to ensure that SOCNORTH SOFAM 25 meets its learning objectives.

The contractor must support SOCNORTH cadaver training for up to twenty (20) days and ensure that the instruction aligns with Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), surgical procedures, and Prolonged Casualty Care (PCC) standards.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Fort Wainwright, AK; Fairbanks, AK; and Eielson Air Force Base, AK.
