Architecture Engineer Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract - Hill AFB A-E25   2

Background
The requirement is for Architect-Engineer (A-E) Services in support of the 75th Civil Engineering Group (75 CEG/CEN) mission at Hill Airforce Base (Hill AFB).

The contract aims to provide essential A-E services to support various projects at Hill AFB and its associated sites, including Little Mountain Test Annex, Utah Test and Training Range, and Boulder Seismic Station. The contract will select up to ten contractors through a multi-award ID/IQ process, with the first two slots reserved for Small Businesses.

Work Details
The A-E services required under this contract include a wide range of tasks:

(1) design, alteration, and repair of airfields, grounds, roads, buildings, and structures;
(2) design, alteration, and repair of utilities;
(3) design, alteration, and repair of mechanical systems including HVAC and associated controls, fire protection systems, steam plants, waste treatment systems;
(4) design for lighting and power distribution systems;
(5) feasibility studies;
(6) conceptual renderings;
(7) topographical and geodetic surveys;
(8) cybersecurity design including system architecture and risk assessments.

The work will involve multiple A-E disciplines in the performance of Title I and Title II services. Task Orders (TOs) will be issued as needs arise during the contract period.

Place of Performance
The primary place of performance will be at Hill Airforce Base in Utah or other geographically separated areas under its jurisdiction such as Little Mountain Test Annex, Utah Test and Training Range, and Boulder Seismic Station.
