Background
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Information Technology Acquisition Center (ITAC) is proposing to award a sole-source order for Architecture, Development, Engineering, and Management Services (ADEMS) to ECS Federal, LLC. This initiative aims to assist the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in executing its mission objectives by providing specialized technical contractor support services.

Work Details
The services to be provided under this contract include: application analysis, architectural design, engineering, development, maintenance, and support.
