Architect, Engineering, and Inspection Support Services

We are increasing our pool of HUD BPA1 Architect, Engineering, and Inspection Support Services (AEISS) BPA holders. Our overall objective is to improve the quality, performance, efficiency, responsiveness, and timeliness of acquiring services through HUD's Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) program. The scope of the AEISS BPA consists of the following tasks in the Performance Work Statement: - Specialized inspections - General construction inspections - Pre-demolition inspections - Structure and facility removal - National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) related studies Offerors must submit in writing, all questions of a contractual or technical nature no later than 1:00 Central Time, March 6, 2023. In posing questions, offerors must cite the relevant RFQ section and page number. Offerors should write their questions in a manner that enables clear understanding of the offeror's questions or concerns. We will not consider or respond to statements expressing opinions, sentiments, or conjectures as valid inquiries. Offerors are reminded that HUD will not address hypothetical questions aimed at receiving a potential "evaluation decision." HUD will answer questions which may affect offerors by email and post the answers in eBuy. The government will not accept telephone or by fax questions/inquiries.
