Requirement:
The proposed contract action is for a firm-fixed-price. The primary objective of the proposed project is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quality (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for transportation engineering services related to the planning, design, and construction of transportation infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and trails.
The project(s) are primarily located in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming, but can also be in other states. The project is anticipated to be advertised in 2025.

Background
The Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD) is conducting market research to inform acquisition decisions for an upcoming Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) focused on transportation engineering services.
