Architect-Engineer (AE) Vertical Design Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) - USACE SWL

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Little Rock District (SWL) is seeking to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Architect-Engineer (AE) services. This initiative aims to support military and civilian projects within the Southwestern Division (SWD) from fiscal years 2027 through 2032. The contract will be procured in accordance with applicable regulations, focusing on obtaining qualified A-E firms capable of delivering essential design services.

Work Details
The contract will provide multiple Architect-Engineer Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDC) that include:

- Planning, Pre-design, and design services for the Design-Bid-Build (DBB) process;
- Vertical design services for construction;
- Preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation documents for DBB;
- Additional AE services such as horizontal design, RFP development for Design Build contracts, technical support services, commissioning support, and construction phase services.

Specific requirements may include site and geotechnical investigations, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, elevators, building envelope assessments, fire protection systems, interior renovations, information/cyber security measures, outfitting considerations, terrorism/force protection strategies, communication systems, low voltage systems integration, commissioning processes, and exterior site work including utilities infrastructure and landscaping.

Place of Performance
The work may be conducted throughout the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C., as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.
