Architect-Engineer (A-E) Multi-Discipline Engineering Services for AE MATOC

Background
The U.S. Navy is seeking Architect-Engineer (A-E) Multi-Discipline Engineering Services for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) identified as N40085-24-2804. The goal of this contract is to provide engineering services that support various construction projects, including telecommunications, physical security, and facility renovations.

Work Details
The tasks and services to be completed under this contract include:

1. Relevant Experience: Demonstrating experience in similar scope and complexity projects within the last five years, including details such as contract number, prime or subcontractor status, contract value, Government/Agency contact information, and project descriptions.

2. Design of construction projects with estimated costs ranging from $500,000 to $5,000,000.

3. Scope/Complexity: Projects must demonstrate design experience in planning, project programming, requirements development, conceptual pricing development, and alternatives analysis.

4. Facility analysis including condition assessments, energy utilization studies, and life safety code analysis.

5. Hazardous material surveys and analysis.

6. Design services including comprehensive contract packages like Design-Build RFPs and Design-Bid-Build drawings/specifications/cost estimates.

7. Construction services such as contractor submittal reviews and field consultations.

Period of Performance
The duration of the contract will be one year from the date of award with four additional one-year option periods, totaling a potential five-year period.
