Architect-Engineer (A-E) for Environmental National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) SERVICES

Background
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Tulsa District (SWT), on behalf of the Southwestern Division (SWD) Regional Planning and Environmental Planning Center (RPEC), is seeking to solicit and award Architect-Engineer (A-E) contracts for Environmental National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Services.

The goal is to provide these services primarily within the military and civil works geographic boundaries of the SWD Area of Responsibility (AOR), which includes Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and southern Kansas.

Work Details
The contract will involve professional, multi-discipline Environmental NEPA A-E Services, including but not limited to: successful performance of A-E Services for Environmental NEPA projects within the past 5 years with positive past performance evaluation ratings; capability to perform environmental engineering services such as investigations, surveys, and studies in compliance with NEPA requirements.

The work will be procured under Public Law 92-582 (Brooks Act). The estimated minimum size of a Task Order is $25,000, with a maximum size of $7,500,000 and an average size of $500,000. Firms must ensure that no more than 50% of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance is allocated to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities.

Period of Performance
The contract period of performance is for a 5-year Base Period with no Option Period.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed within the military and civil works geographic boundaries of the Southwestern Division Area of Responsibility (AOR), specifically in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and southern Kansas.
