3. Safety Data Sheet (SDS) compliant with OSHA regulations.
4. Comprehensive contact information for sales, ordering, dispatching, delivery, technical support, and safety information.
5. Emergency contact details for cancellations.
6. A signed Accident Prevention Plan (APP) addressing safety protocols and training requirements for personnel handling chemicals.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is three years from the date of award, totaling 36 months.
