Background
The U.S. Department of Interior, Appraisal and Valuation Services Office (AVSO), has a requirement for land appraisal services in Blaine County, Oklahoma. The goal of this contract is to provide market value appraisals for specific tracts of land held in trust for Native American landowners, specifically for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for conducting 10 market value appraisals on individual tracts of land as identified in the attached Tract Listing Table. The appraisals will focus on the fee simple estate or fee simple-surface only estate, and must consider any recorded or unrecorded documents, conditions, agreements, easements, and/or encumbrances that may impact the value.

However, life estates and fee ownership interests listed as encumbrances do not require additional discussion. Unsevered mineral rights must be considered unless specifically excluded in the appraisal request. No structural improvements are to be appraised under this assignment.

Period of Performance
The final delivery date for the completed appraisals is 90 days after award.

Place of Performance
Blaine County, Oklahoma.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have relevant experience in conducting real property appraisals and must possess necessary professional licenses or certifications related to appraisal services.
