Background
The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC) has deployed the Appian Low Code Application Platform (LCAP) as the technology to implement and deploy the NAVSUP Enterprise Platform (NEP). NEP provides the enterprise with a web-based, Impact Level 5 (IL5) cloud hosted, application platform to rapidly deploy routine administrative business capabilities across all business areas. The objective of this contract is to provide the product and solution support services NAVSUP Business Systems Command (BSC) needs to advance the modernization of the NEP system beyond initial operational capability.

Work Details
The contract involves providing technical resources for the NAVSUP Enterprise Platform (NEP) to facilitate the establishment of technical governance policies and procedures, provide developer support, and enterprise licensing procurement. It also includes tasks such as Agile Software Support, Cybersecurity, Mentoring and Knowledge Transfer Services, Transition Support, and complying with various directives related to information security and management. The contractor is required to perform all requirements in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except roles specifically for NAVSUP’s Government Product Owner and Government Scrum Master.
