APG 66/68 F-16 Radar Support   3

Background
This contract is a sole source effort to Northrop Grumman Corporation for the support of F-16 APG 66/68 Radar. The U.S. Government does not own the data for this effort, and offerors must possess a valid U.S. security clearance of Secret or higher to respond to this RFP, as it includes classified information. All classified material must be handled according to the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Industrial Security Regulation.

Work Details
The contractor will provide radar post-production sustainment services for the F-16 APG 66/68 Radar system. Key tasks include:

1. Core Tasks as outlined in Section J, Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS).
2. CSTO Interface as specified in PWS paragraph 3.7.4.
3. Field Reliability and Supportability for all ordering periods under this ID/IQ contract, with specific requirements defined in each Performance Work Statement issued by the F-16 Contracting Office.
4. System Test Specifications for all ordering periods under this ID/IQ contract.
5. Technical Orders support in accordance with Section J, Attachment 1, PWS.
6. Limited GFP Repair support under the PWS.
7. Modification Support as detailed in the PWS.
8. Fabrication support as per the PWS requirements.
9. Modification Kit Acquisition support according to the PWS.
10. Contractor Task support as specified in the PWS.
11. Engineering Technical Support under the PWS.

Period of Performance
The period of performance spans from November 1, 2025, to February 28, 2035, covering various line items with specific delivery schedules.

Place of Performance
The primary location for performance is at DCMA Radars and Sensors, Building 1108, Hanscom AFB MA 01731.
