NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The US Army- Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Tenant Division, 6565 Surveillance Loop, BLDG 600, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005-1846 requirement to procure the following:

Registration and Ticket Sales Support

Guest Services

Tentage and Infrastructure Support

*ALL Compensation is fully re-cooped from Registration and Ticket Sales at NO COST to the Government.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price sole source contract to MISSION MEDIA, LLC, 616 WATER ST STE 225, BALTIMORE MD 21202-4041; CAGE Code 83L62, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 581210 and the Size standards in dollars $35,000,000.00.

All responses received within ten (31) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday, March 22nd, 2020. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.

Posting date of this requirement is February 21st, 2020. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
