Background
The Bureau of Reclamation's Middle Snake Field Office requires garbage collection services for various facilities within the Black Canyon Recreation Area, which includes Cobblestone Park, Wild Rose Park, Black Canyon Park, Triangle Park, and Montour Campground. These facilities provide day use and overnight amenities to the public and generate trash due to their operation and maintenance. The goal of this contract is to ensure regular trash collection services to maintain sanitary conditions in these parks.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply standard 3 cubic yard dumpster receptacles and perform the following tasks:

- **Cobblestone Park**: Empty one (3 cu yd total) dumpster receptacle weekly from May 1 to October 31, and once in the second week of February during the off-season. Ensure no remnant trash is present within a five-foot radius after collection.

- **Wild Rose Park**: Empty two (6 cu yd total) dumpster receptacles weekly year-round. Ensure no remnant trash is present within a five-foot radius after collection.

- **Black Canyon Park**: Empty five (15 cu yd total) dumpster receptacles once per week year-round, increasing to twice per week from July 1 through July 31. Ensure no remnant trash is present within a five-foot radius after collection.

- **Triangle Park**: Empty one (3 cu yd total) dumpster receptacle weekly from May 1 to October 31, and once in the second week of February during the off-season. Ensure no remnant trash is present within a five-foot radius after collection.

- **Montour Campground**: Empty three (9 cu yd total) dumpster receptacles weekly from May 1 to October 31, and once in the second week of February during the off-season. Ensure no remnant trash is present within a five-foot radius after collection.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2030, with specific tasks scheduled throughout this period as outlined for each park.

The services will be performed at various locations including Cobblestone Park, Wild Rose Park, Black Canyon Park, Triangle Park, and Montour Campground.
