Anthropomorphic Test Dummy (ATD)

Background
The solicitation is for the purchase and delivery of the Brand name or equal to the specification for the Joint Primary Aircraft Training System (JPATS) 5th Percentile Hybrid III and JPATS 95th Percentile Hybrid III anthropomorphic test dummy (ATD) in accordance with Attachment 1 – Requirement Specification. The solicitation is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Work Details
The schedule of supplies includes specific quantities of JPATS 5th Percentile Hybrid III Manikin and JPATS 95th Percentile Hybrid III Manikin to be delivered to Location One and Location Two within specified timeframes after award. Additionally, a set of technical manuals and certifications that all measurements are within specification IAW Attachment 1 is requested. The delivery schedule specifies the delivery of the first two units to Location One within five months after award, followed by subsequent deliveries every 30 days to the corresponding listed locations. Shipment addresses and points of contact for delivery are also provided.

Period of Performance
The delivery date for the first two units, one 5th Percentile and one 95th percentile, is within five months after award, with additional deliveries scheduled every 30 days thereafter.

Place of Performance
The products are to be delivered to Location One: 1521 Test Track Rd, Bldg 1179, Holloman AFB, NM 88330 and Location Two: 711th HPW/RHBFD, Bldg. 824, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433.
