DLA Land at Aberdeen is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) SPRBL1-24-R-0005 for the one-time procurement of six (6) National Stock Numbers (NSN):

This acquisition is for the procurement of Antenna Line Replaceable Units (LRU) to support the Warfighter Information Network Tactical Increment 2 (WIN-T INC 2) system. The system provides full range of data, voice and video communications to battalion and above echelons using satellite and line-of-sight communications nodes that set up at-the-quick-halt to successfully meet operational requirements.

Cage Code 82152; L3 Technologies Inc. is the only approved source for these items. The RFP will be Other Than full and open competition. Guaranteed minimum of $100,000.00, with a ceiling of $8,000,000.00.

The Government does not possess the Technical Data Package (TDP) for these 6 NSNs.

Set Aside: Not Applicable

Ship To: The expected ship to location for the duration of the resulting contract will be New Cumberland, PA (W25G1U). This requirement will be issued as FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at origin. The Government required delivery schedule will be located in the Deliveries or Performance section of the solicitation. Accelerated delivery at no additional cost to the Government is accepted and encouraged.
