Background
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Undersea Warfare (USW) Electromagnetic Systems Department, Code 34, is tasked by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Commander, Submarine Force U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC), Commander, Submarine Force U.S. Atlantic Fleet (COMSUBLANT), the Office of Naval Research (ONR) and Navy Supply (NAVSUP) to perform a wide range of engineering and technical program management functions in support of the fabrication, integration, testing and initial fielding of submarine, communication, and antenna projects, external Imaging systems, subsystems, inboard and outboard Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) systems, subsystems, and components for U. S. Navy platforms. Code 34 provides tactical and strategic combat systems and special mission sensors as the Acquisition Engineering Agent (AEA) and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) for Submarine Communications Systems, Imaging subsystems modules and components, and EW antennas and associated inboard and outboard equipment. Additionally, Code 34 is tasked by NAVWAR and NAVSUP to be the Designated Overhaul Point (DOP) for the OE-538 Antenna Groups.

Work Details
The Contractor shall fabricate, assemble, test, certify, and deliver Antenna, Imaging, and EW hardware in the following functional areas:
2.01 Cables, Connectors, and Wiring Harnesses;
2.02 Electrical & RF Components;
2.03 Machined Parts;
2.04 Composite Materials and Radomes;
2.05 Electrical/Mechanical Assemblies.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is five (5) years.

Place of Performance
The work specified herein shall be performed at the contractor’s facility.
