Description

The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the GSA schedule# GS-35F-056DA ANSYS INC.

2600, Ansys Drive Canonsburg, Pennsylvania 15317 for the purchase of the following Ansys STK Software Licenses for Advanced orbit trajectory design and maneuver planning for satellite and spacecraft missions, to include Support and Maintenance Services.

  • 13 Each, ASTKPre-S-LSE12 - Ansys STK Premium (Space) Advanced orbit trajectory design and maneuver planning for satellite and spacecraft missions (Lease)
  • 80 Hours, Services - Advisory/Management (Hourly Labor Rate)
  • 440 Hours, Services - Systems Engineer III (Hourly Labor Rate)

The sole source procurement will be awarded as a Task Order off a GSA Schedule in accordance with FAR 8.405. Interested persons may identify their interest and submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement.

The contract period of performance will be twelve (12) months with a total estimated value of $600,000.

This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1).

This is NOT a request for competitive proposals and is published for informational purposes only; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government.

A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
