Annual UPS Service/Maintenance Agreement

Background
Ames National Laboratory, operated by Iowa State University under a prime contract with the U.S. Department of Energy, is seeking to acquire an Annual UPS Service/Maintenance Agreement. The goal of this contract is to ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems at the Laboratory.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing annual service and maintenance for UPS systems, which includes but is not limited to:
1. Regular inspections and preventive maintenance of UPS units.
2. Emergency repair services as needed to ensure continuous operation.
3. Replacement of parts and components as necessary to maintain optimal performance.
4. Documentation of all services performed, including maintenance logs and reports on system status.
5. Compliance with safety standards and regulations as outlined in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period that includes annual service agreements, with options for extension as specified in the solicitation.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Ames National Laboratory located in Ames, Iowa.
