Annual service for the Eagle Air Compressor and Hurst eDraulic Rescue Tools

Background
The contract is issued by the NSA Fire and Emergency Services Department, which is responsible for providing fire and emergency services at Naval Support Activity Bahrain. The goal of the contract is to secure annual service for the Eagle Air Compressor and Hurst eDraulic Rescue Tools from FY25 to FY30, ensuring that these critical tools are maintained in optimal working condition.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide annual service for the following equipment:
- One (1) Eagle Harrier / Model: HA15M3C46-G525
- One (1) Eagle Air / Model BHB10W3N2U
- Two (2) Bauer / Model: Verticus Plus VT-P/13-E1/E3 6000 PSI.

The services include major maintenance tasks such as changing oil and oil filters, replacing purification cartridges, inspecting safety valves, and conducting pressure tests. Additionally, the contractor will perform annual service on Hurst eDraulic rescue tools including two cutters, two spreaders, and one StrongArm. Specific tasks include visual inspections, operating tools to observe speeds, cleaning and lubricating components, and ensuring all accessories are in good working order. A detailed maintenance report must be provided after each service.

Period of Performance
Base Year: 1-Aug-2025 to 31-Jul-2026; Option Year 1: 1-Aug-2026 to 31-Jul-2027; Option Year 2: 1-Aug-2027 to 31-Jul-2028; Option Year 3: 1-Aug-2028 to 31-Jul-2029; Option Year 4: 1-Aug-2029 to 31-Jul-2030; Option Year 5: 1-Aug-2030 to 31-Jan-2031.
