This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Background
The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of the Director, Office of Acquisitions, is seeking to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for an annual service and maintenance agreement for the Leica SP8 Lightning IR Confocal Microscope.

This acquisition aims to ensure optimal operation, reliability, and performance of the microscope system used by the 3D Tissue Bioprinting Group (3DTBP) at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS). The NIH focuses on accelerating the development of new treatments and technologies to improve human health.

Work Details
The service agreement shall include:
