Background
This solicitation is issued by the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Puget Sound for RangeForce annual licenses and training for NCTS FE. The goal of the contract is to provide a firm, fixed-price supply type contract for the procurement of RangeForce licenses, which are essential for enhancing cybersecurity training and readiness.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 10 annual Gold Edition licenses per user, which includes: Silver Edition features, RangeForce Talent, two managed Team Threat Exercises per year, Defence Readiness Index scoring, Threat Centric upskilling, Enterprise Single Sign-on, Key Account management, and ongoing white glove program support.

The team-based exercises will utilize a library of pre-built threat scenarios for realistic learning experiences administered by RangeForce engineers. The contract also includes preparatory learning and post-exercise skill remediation plans with detailed After-Action Reports. All exercises must be completed within the subscription year. Administrative support features include access to the RangeForce Knowledge Base, 24x5 Technical Support, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from September 30, 2024, to September 29, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at NCTS Far East located at PSC 473 Box 3, FPO AP 96349-0003.
