Annual Carpet Cleaning Services for 81st RD Fort Jackson, SC   2

Background
The contract is issued by the 81st Readiness Division (RD) and aims to provide annual carpet cleaning services at the facility located at 81 Wildcat Way, Fort Jackson, SC 29207. The goal of the contract is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the facility through professional carpet cleaning services, which includes both regular cleaning and spot treatment for approximately 59,809 square feet of carpet across various areas including offices, cubicles, stairways, hallways, classrooms, and an auditorium.

Work Details
The contractor is required to perform the following tasks:

- Conduct carpet cleaning services and spot treatment for the entire facility.
- Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items needed for the services.
- Coordinate all work with facility coordinators and RFOs.
- Ensure that all work meets the standards specified in the contract.
- Notify government representatives of any scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain an adequate workforce during non-duty hours for uninterrupted service.

The contractor must also provide key personnel including a Contract Manager and an Alternate Contract Manager who will have full authority to act on behalf of the contractor regarding daily operations.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026 with four additional option periods extending through May 31, 2030.
