Annual Audit of NEA's Compliance with FISMA

The National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) is seeking a qualified firm to conduct annual audit services for compliance with the Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 (FISMA). The audit will be conducted in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards (GAGAS) and relevant FISMA guidelines jointly issued by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Council for Inspectors General for Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE). The selected firm will be responsible for issuing reports on audit results to NEA's Office of the Inspector General (OIG), including completed CyberScope metrics with narratives for ineffective items, and a formal audit report that complies with GAGAS requirements. NEA's Office of Information and Technology Management (OITM) is responsible for managing the agency's information technology security program.
