Background
This justification is for a sole-source award to Sardi's Catering, Inc. for the procurement of catered meals to support the District of Columbia National Guard (DCNG) operations in the National Capital Region (NCR) during emergency missions, specifically the Make DC Safe and Beautiful (MDCSAB) and America 250 (A250) missions.

The estimated value of this bridge contract is significant, and it will be a firm-fixed-price action funded by O&M, Army funds. The requirement is critical to sustain mobilized Service Members without interruption in life-support services.

Work Details
