The intent of this contract is to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to perform various exterior concrete repairs, including any and all additional and associated work required, as detailed in scope of work and any attached drawing(s), at the Ann Arbor Federal Building in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

The total performance period for this requirement is forty-five (45) calendar days.

The estimated range for this project is less than $25,000.00.

This procurement is set-aside for small business. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238110 (Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors), with a size standard of $15.0 million. This is a negotiated procurement.

All responsible small business concerns may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.

Proposals will be evaluated on price and price only. The total evaluated price shall be the sum of the base and all options.

A pre-proposal conference will be conducted before the proposal due date (actual date is contained in the solicitation).
