This request for proposal is for the furnishing of all labor, equipment, incidentals, and materials to accomplish to Specifications (Attachment 2) covering all items listed on Attachment 1 - Schedule of Items. Project is located at the USDA Forest Service Angel Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center at 335 NE Blodgett Rd, Yachats, OR 97498. Driving Instruction can be obtained by calling 541-547-3137.

All offers are to be received by November 14 no later than 12:00 PST.

Background
The USDA Forest Service is issuing this request for proposal for the Angell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located at 335 NE Blodgett Rd, Yachats, OR 97498.

The goal of the contract is to furnish all labor, equipment, incidentals, and materials necessary to accomplish the specifications outlined in the attachments. This project aims to rehabilitate site utilities at the center.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following construction tasks:
1. Wastewater Irrigation Field Reconstruction;
2. Sewer Line and Manholes Repairs and Replacement;
3. Hydrant Demolition;
4. B2888 and B2083 DWV Pipe Replacement;
5. Wastewater Treatment Plant Repairs;
6. B0704 Lift Station Floats, Hangers, and Alarm Installation;
7. B0704 Wastewater Building Ventilation;
8. B2889 Gym Solid Waste Interceptor Installation.

The contractor must supply all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous items, freight and delivery services, and valid licenses required for these tasks.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is from November 3, 2025, to July 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
The construction projects will be performed at the Angell Job Corps Civilian Conservation Center located at 335 NE Blodgett Rd, Yachats, OR 97498.
