Ang Recruiting and Retention Sales Training Support Services

This contract opportunity is for ANG Recruiting and Retention Sales Training Support Services. The Government is looking for responses that comply with AFI 36-2023 and address the unique training needs of the military services. The contractor will be responsible for providing sales training and support services tailored to fit ANG recruiting and retention requirements. This includes program management, administration, teaching materials, initial sales training, follow-on coaching, advanced coaching, sales leadership and management training, skills enhancement training, train-the-trainer certification classes, and an assessment tool to identify strengths of recruiters and retainers. The contractor will also need to coordinate with the NGB/A1Y COR and program management staff to ensure the program meets the needs of each local market. Administrative tasks such as developing meeting agendas, maintaining a dedicated website for communication and knowledge sharing, participating in status meetings, providing research and surveys, delivering reports, conducting seminars and tele-seminars, providing reinforcement training for recent graduates, and conducting a one-day course for Recruiting and Retention Services (RRS) are also required.
