Amendment 1 has been issued to provide answers to offeror's questions, revise PWS, revise attachment 4 (Pricing Worksheet)and provide Wage Determination and updated clauses. See 5 attachments.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.

Amendment 1 to this solicitation is forthcoming and will include a proposal due date extension.

Questions due date has changed to 15 December 2020 @ 2:00PM CT. Please see attachment "Instructions to Offerors_Evaluation Criteria_9 December 2020_UPDATE".

Requirement for non-personal services to provide Anesthesiology services at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), El Paso, Texas. The positions required are: twelve (12) full-time equivalent (FTE) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and two (2) FTE Physician - Anesthesiologists.

The base period of performance is approximately April 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021, plus five (5) option periods (through March 31, 2026). This requirement will be solicited as an competitive 8(a) set aside.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111 Offices of Physicians (except mental health). The Small Business Administration's size standard for NAICS 621111 is $12 million.

Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued, and telephone and faxed requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
