Background
The U.S. Army, through the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) – Chief Information Officer (CIO), is seeking to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle with Anduril Industries, Inc. This contract aims to fulfill the Army's operational needs by providing a comprehensive suite of integrated software, hardware, and ancillary services.

The justification for this sole-source award stems from the lack of qualified responses to a Sources Sought notice, indicating that Anduril is the only responsible source capable of meeting these requirements.

Work Details
The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Single Award IDIQ Enterprise Contract (EC) with a total anticipated ceiling of $20 billion. It will have a 10-year ordering period consisting of a five-year base and one five-year option period.

The EC will serve as the primary vehicle for managing all current and future requirements for Anduril’s commercial offerings across various federal agencies. The U.S. Army requires this IDIQ contract because no other vendor has demonstrated the capability to provide Anduril’s full suite of offerings.

The contract will allow for multiple types of funding including Operations and Maintenance (OM), Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E), and Other Procurement (OP). Orders under this EC may result from competitive acquisitions where Anduril is selected as a prime contractor or as part of a competitively selected solution.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a 10-year ordering period consisting of a five-year base and one five-year option period.

Place of Performance
The products and services will be delivered to various locations as determined by the Department of War (DoW) and authorized federal agencies.
