Background
The Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) is a significant site, serving as the final resting place for military and civilian leaders. It hosts millions of visitors annually and conducts over six thousand funerals and numerous ceremonies.

To maintain the highest standards of service, ANC requires uniform rental and laundry services for its employees. This contract aims to ensure that uniforms are always available and ready for use, reflecting the dignity of the site.

Work Details
The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personal services necessary for laundry and weekly delivery/pickup of uniforms at ANC. The contractor must furnish uniform support to ensure a sufficient supply of uniforms is available at all times. Services include:
- Rental uniforms and laundry services for up to 89 personnel (including male and female) with an estimated 14% annual turnover rate.
- Specific uniform breakdown: 7 Supervisor Sets, 12 Team Chief Sets, 65 Field Operation Sets, 3 Electrician/Welder/Plumber Sets, and 2 Quality Assurance Sets.
- Laundry services including laundering, pressing, sewing repairs, replacements, pick-up and delivery of uniforms.
- A Quality Control Plan (QCP) to monitor operations ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
- Initial site visits for uniform measurements within five days post-award.
- Weekly pick-up and delivery of uniforms every Wednesday between specified hours.

Period of Performance
The contract will have a base period of one year starting from September 24, 2025, with two optional years extending through September 23, 2030.
